We limit our practice to Worker’s Compensation Appeals Boards only and do not appear in other venues on civil or criminal matters (Superior or Criminal Courts). We also will not represent you in Military Tribunals, Small Claims Court, Probate Court, Drug Court, Unemployment proceedings, Judge Mathis, the Dept. of Motor Vehicles, Dog bite law, the Court of Public Opinion, or, due to an unfortunate incident which I am banned from speaking publically about – pie-eating contests or dance contests.
